Experience
Evan J. Haim has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation as well as arbitrations. Before joining Hogan Marren, Ltd. in 2007, Mr. Haim represented Mercede-Benz U.S.A. in breach of warranty claims. Mr. Haim has also represented individuals as well as corporate clients in other civil litigation matters including creditor’s rights, real estate contracts, insurance defense, mortgage foreclosure, mechanic’s liens, contract disputes and landlord-tenant matters.
Education
Mr. Haim received his undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio. He received his law degree, cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago Illinois where he was a member of the Moot Court National Appellate Team. During law school, Mr. Haim was an for the Honorable Ronald A. Guzman in the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Haim is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
Mr. Haim was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2002, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in the fall of 2004, and Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in August 2007.
