John Foley has been in practice over 12 years and prior to that time was a certified public accountant. John has broad experience in general corporate and trust and estate matters as well as all areas of taxation. John is active in analysis and structuring of corporate transactions and reorganizations as well as business, estate and trust planning. John also has an active practice in preparation of complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, trusts and estates.
